1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between nogot9 ("we", "our", "platform") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to all products, services, websites and applications of nogot9.

nogot9 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides live casino, slot games, cricket betting and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By using our platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all parts of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. It is your responsibility to keep all information provided at registration accurate, complete and up to date.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You will be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

nogot9 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure financial security. We may request the following documents for withdrawal requests or for account security purposes:

• Copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (such as bKash or Nagad account details)
• Selfie or live photo if required

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until document verification is complete.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Supported payment methods on nogot9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a payment gateway issue, please notify our support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests will only be made to a verified payment method and to the same account from which the deposit was made.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The designated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonus funds.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

• If currency conversion or third-party fees apply, these must be borne by the user.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on nogot9 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 means the maximum ৳8,000 bonus applies for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (twenty-five times). This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before becoming eligible to withdraw. There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement, which begins counting from the time the bonus is received.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated at the time the bonus is received.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Terms for VIP cashback and other promotions apply separately.

5.4 VIP Program

nogot9 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you reach higher tiers. nogot9 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP benefits program.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

nogot9 is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all games. Our games are provided by recognized software providers and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any result arising from a technical error or system disruption will be considered void. In such cases, the relevant transaction will be cancelled and funds will be returned to the user's account. nogot9 is not responsible for loss of wager amounts due to technical errors.

6.3 Game Cancellation and Changes

nogot9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue any game, change the rules of a game, or add new games. Advance notice of such changes will be provided where possible.

6.4 Live Betting

For cricket and other sports betting, the official score or decision will be considered final in determining results. In disputed cases, nogot9's decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nogot9 platform:

• Money laundering, tax evasion or any form of financial manipulation.
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of the bonus system.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Any attempt at hacking, malware or system damage.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.
• Harassing, threatening or causing harm to other users.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be immediately cancelled and all funds will be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8. Dispute Resolution Process

8.1 Filing a Complaint

10.3 Return of Funds

In the event of account closure, verified funds will generally be returned to the user, provided no breach of terms has been proven. In the event of a breach of terms, bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
